ARE THEY SUCCESSFUL LEADERS?

Sure, one must plan before acting. Most of us keep on planning without acting till it is all over.
No doubt, there are a few leaders who work out ‘executable’ plans to hit some self chosen ‘safe’ targets. They hit their targets and claim to be successful. No real change takes place really.

What is the use of such ‘leaders’ who did not have courage to go all out for some ‘real’ targets that benefit their generation, the next one, and, maybe, a few subsequent ones.
Success is not a target in itself. Success means continuity of courageous efforts for the growth of all who are involved and connected.
