When you start doing something selflessly the
first encouraging sign you notice is invariably in the form of some criticism.
Where selfishness is an order, selflessness is an exception.
You
should neither feel elated that you have been noticed, nor should you get
discouraged. Examine, once again, if there are any traces of selfishness in
your actions; if there are any, try to eliminate them. Also examine, whether
your objective is clear to you; if yes, continue, if not, reconsider your
objective. Please do not bother about other shortcomings, even your own lack of
knowledge or abilities; in all likelihood they might just be trivialities that
would sort themselves out, if you continue.
