Thoughts
travel fast, but the things happen slowly. We take much time in changing our
habits. Although, we fail to realize it, but the fact is that we sandwich the
external world between out fast moving thoughts and slow moving habits. We want
the things to move fast, but are reluctant to change ourselves.
The one, who has control over his mind, is able to give
enough time to allow a thought to mature and also use the same time to prepare
his body-mind complex to the change he may be willing to make in his
surroundings, is able to ensure a smooth pace of the process of his life.
After a patient
preparation, once a change is finalized, one must overcome all the lethargy and
act immediately. Thereafter, once again, it is better to intently, but
patiently, observe and analyze the outcome to achieve necessary perfection.
Patience is not acting slowly, it is extending enough opportunity
for our mind, intellect and body, and above all our inner self, to do their
duties they capable of performing.
