It was the God’s design that all living beings
on this earth have enough for their survival for as long as it is possible.
And, it had been the human design that while, today, a fifth of the human
population enjoys nearly half of the world’s income; another fifth has not
enough to eat and is compelled to survive only with less than one tenth of the world’s
income.
By
relying on the popular meaning of the word ‘humanity’, we can say that the humanity
is about following the God’s design. The good part is that four fifth of the
world population is not responsible for flouting the God’s design, but the ugly
part is that a big majority of the human population has allowed the God’s
design to be flouted.
Compassion
glorifies humanity, but being unaware and passive lowers its dignity.
